The company wishes to announce the decisions of the Board of Directors at its first meeting on September 17, 2020 and has decided: First: The appointment of H.E. Mr. Yazid Bin Khalid Al-Shathri as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Second: The appointment of H.E. Mr. Mohsen Bin Hassan Al Fahadi as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Third: The appointment of the Secretary of the Board of Directors. Fourth: The formation of other committees (nominations and remuneration committees and investment committee).
