The company would like to announce the decision of its Board of Directors issued on 01/18/2023, which includes the appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the formation of committees, as follows:: 1- Appointing Mr. Abdullah Muhammad Al-Humaidhi as Chairman of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Yousef Muhammad Al-Qafari, who retains his membership in the Board of Directors. 2- Appointing Mr. Abdul Rahman Nasser Al-Obaid as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. 3- Reconfigure the Investment Committee 4- Reconfigure the Nominations and Remunerations Committee The Board of Directors extends its sincere thanks to His Excellency Mr. Youssef Muhammad Al-Qafari for his efforts during the presidency of the Board of Directors. |
