Saudi Advanced Industries Co. Announces Calling Candidature for Board Members Elections

| Introduction | Reference to the announcement of the Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (Advanced) published on the Tadawul website 13/01/2022 AD corresponding to 10/06/1443 AH that it had received a letter from some a shareholder who owns shares representing 5.09% of the company’s capital requesting that legal measures be taken in order to dissolve the company’s board of directors Re-electing new board members. It would like to announce to its valued shareholders, the opening of candidacy for membership of the company’s board of directors for the next term, which will be determined later for a period of (three years).
The candidates will be elected at the General Assembly meeting, the date of which will be announced later, after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities. This is in accordance with the controls and procedures stipulated in the Companies Law, the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, and the policies, standards and procedures for membership in the (Advanced) Board of Directors approved by the Ordinary General Assembly, which can be viewed through the attachments.
