Accordingly, the company would like to remind its esteemed shareholders that the esteemed shareholders registered on the Tadawulaty services website can electronically vote on the items of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting through the (electronic voting) service, noting that electronic voting startsed from one o’clock in the morning on Wednesday 13/05/ 1444 AH corresponding to 12/07/2022 AD, and until the end of the time of the assembly meeting, accordingly we invite all shareholders of the company to participate and vote electronically by visiting the Tadawulaty website ttps://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
