In addition to the American and Saudi Fellowships for Certified Public Accountants and advanced professional certificates such as IFRS. He holds several leadership positions and memberships in major companies on boards of directors and committees.
He is an Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Saudi Advanced Industries Company.

Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the American Institute of Technical Accountants.
Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver, USA.
Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences, major in Finance, from King Saud University.

Chief Financial Officer at the Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company.
Head of Finance Division at Soudah Development Company (one of the Public Investment Fund’s subsidiaries).
Senior Bank and Insurance Supervisor at the Saudi Central Bank.
Senior Investment Analyst at the World Bank Group (Washington, D.C.).
